Our familial wine growing estate has chosen, several years ago the organic culture, that is to say
the culture respecting the rules of the organic agriculture as they are depicted
in the rules 2092/91 from the CEE. The respect of the soil is obligatory:
the use of chemical fertilizers as well as weed killers are forbidden.The protection of the vine
is only due to a rationalised use of minerals such as sulphur or “bouillie bordelaise”.

The harvests are done by hands.The fermentation occurs thanks to
natural yeasts from our soils and never with industrial ones.The vinification is only realised
by natural or physical proceeds, some as the decantation or the cold method.
Our production is controlled and certified “ECOCERT SAS F32600”
Of course, this method needs more work and more time for harvests that will be smaller,
but it is the only way to offer you a sane and quality full product.

This quality has been several times rewarded by the “Guide Hachette des Vins”.
